Corriedale Cross Fleece

Today I spent the day not doing much. Should be painting the fence but it's supposed to rain tomorrow.  Took a fleece from the shed and prepared it for cleaning. What a beautiful fleece. Couldn't tell the differece between the tips and the end that was sheered from the animal....How GORGEOUS. Absolutely no Vegetable Matter(VM)

Lavender Plants

Received lavender plants in the mail today from a fellow Montanan. They look great, I just hope they survive the winter.

Today I skirted and sorted out a Black Rambouillet Ram Fleece. Pics make it look nice but it was yucky. Tigerlily(kitty) seemed to enjoy it. The best bits are being scoured in the tub right now.
